All products on thefactoryokc.com are in stock and available for order unless stated otherwise. Your order is filled in the order it was received. If the item sells out before your order is processed The Factory will notify within 48 hours. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved.

All packages are processed for shipping within 24-48 hours of your purchase. The estimated delivery is used as a guide from the package carrier. The Factory is not responsible for delays on shipping. A tracking number is provided for you to track your package. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Direct signature is required with every purchase, and signature is required upon delivery. Separate orders will be shipped individually and can not be combined.

International credit cards will be charged on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. We ask you check with customs for total cost before processing your purchase.

 The product must be in original condition without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All charges related to shipping are buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping cost for a replacement item is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and taxes are still the responsibility of the customer. Select items are not eligible for refunded returns. All digital product sales are final. 


All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. The Factory reserves the right to refuse any return at any time. I
